Training on the topic: "How to write and implement a training module".
On July 27-30, a training on "How to write and implement a training module" was held for the representatives of the administration of the member centers of the A (A) IP Georgian Adult Education Network.
The training included the development of all the important competencies needed for the trainer to create and implement an effective module. The training module was compiled on the principle of "learning by doing".
Participants were actively involved in the process:
-Developed handmade visuals
-Metaplans
-Individual energizers
-Other Various training techniques were developed.
At the end of the training, the participants themselves compiled a training module. They were presented to the audience in a short time and offered relevant activities to carry out.
The training was completed successfully and effectively.
